Initial Resolution: If you encounter any issues or concerns, please bring them to the attention of our front desk staff or the designated hotel manager as soon as possible. We will make every effort to address and resolve the matter promptly and to your satisfaction.
Escalation: If the issue remains unresolved or you are not satisfied with the initial resolution, you may request to speak with a senior hotel manager or the hotel's general manager. They will personally review the matter and work towards a mutually acceptable solution.
